Public Achievement offers a range of opportunities for people of all backgrounds, ages and abilities to volunteer and help contribute to Public Achievement's mission of 'Building Democratic Communities Together'.
Volunteering is the backbone of Public Achievement's work and so we invest considerable time and energy into recruiting, developing, training and supporting volunteers. Whilst we use the title 'volunteering', we feel that working with Public Achievement is about much more than just doing 'good work' - it is a form of active citizenship that moves beyond traditional models of volunteering into a way of critically engaging with, and participating in, the society we live in.
